Each guide links to the full policy if you want every detail. If you cannot find your answer, email <a href=\"mailto:support@nativehearttee.com\">support@nativehearttee.com</a>; a person replies within 1 business day.</p>\n</section>\n<h2>Guide 1: Before you order</h2>\n<h3>Find the right product</h3>\n<p>Our shop is organised by what you want to wear or give. <a href=\"/collections/t-shirts/\">T-Shirts</a> are the everyday heart of the shop; <a href=\"/collections/hoodies-sweatshirts/\">Hoodies &amp; Sweatshirts</a> are for cool evenings; <a href=\"/collections/hawaiian-shirts/\">Hawaiian Shirts</a> are for summer; and <a href=\"/collections/blankets/\">Blankets</a>, <a href=\"/collections/home-decor/\">Home Decor</a>, <a href=\"/collections/ornaments/\">Ornaments</a> and <a href=\"/collections/drinkware/\">Drinkware</a> cover the home and gifting. Use the search icon at the top of every page to look for a subject, such as &#8220;wolf&#8221;, &#8220;eagle&#8221; or &#8220;bear&#8221;.</p>\n<h3>Choose a size with confidence</h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Take a tee or hoodie that fits the way you like and lay it flat.</li>\n<li>Measure across the chest, side seam to side seam, just below the armpits.</li>\n<li>Measure the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem.</li>\n<li>Compare both numbers with the measurements on the product page and pick the closest size.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Our relaxed unisex fit suits most people in their usual size. When you are between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort or layering. The full method, including advice for Hawaiian shirts and for buying gifts, is in our <a href=\"/size-guide/\">Size Guide</a>.</p>\n<h3>Check delivery timing</h3>\n<p>Items are printed after you order, which usually takes 2&ndash;5 business days. Transit then takes 3&ndash;7 business days in the United States and 6&ndash;12 business days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are buying for a date, add both and leave a few days of margin. See <a href=\"/shipping-delivery/\">Shipping &amp; Delivery</a>.</p>\n<h2>Guide 2: Placing your order</h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Choose options.</strong> On the product page, pick the colour and size (and style, where offered). If the item can be personalised, type your text carefully; it is printed exactly as entered.</li>\n<li><strong>Add to cart.</strong> You can keep shopping or go straight to the cart. Shipping is free to all four of our countries, so there is no reason to wait to reach a minimum.</li>\n<li><strong>Checkout.</strong> Enter your email, the shipping address (it can be different from your billing address for gifts), and any order note.</li>\n<li><strong>Pay.</strong> Choose one of the payment options shown on the checkout page. Prices are in US dollars. See <a href=\"/payment-methods/\">Payment Methods</a>.</li>\n<li><strong>Confirmation.</strong> We email your order confirmation straight away. Keep it: the order number is the key to every later question.</li>\n</ol>\n<h3>Ordering for someone else</h3>\n<p>Enter their name and address in the shipping section and yours in the billing section. Packing slips do not show prices. Shipping emails come to you, so the surprise stays intact; forward the tracking link if you like.</p>\n<h2>Guide 3: Changing your mind in the first 24 hours</h2>\n<p>Because production can start soon after you order, changes are time-sensitive. Within 24 hours, and as long as printing has not begun, we can change the size, colour, design, address or personalised text, or cancel the order for a full refund.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@nativehearttee.com\">support@nativehearttee.com</a> with CANCEL or CHANGE and your order number in the subject.</li>\n<li>Describe exactly what to change.</li>\n<li>Wait for our confirmation email; the change is not made until we confirm it.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Details and examples are on the <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a> page.</p>\n<h2>Guide 4: Following your order</h2>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Where your order is and what to expect</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">You see</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">It means</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Typical duration</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Order confirmation email</td>\n<td>We have your order and payment</td>\n<td>&ndash;</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Status &#8220;Processing&#8221;</td>\n<td>Your item is queued or being printed</td>\n<td>2&ndash;5 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Shipping email with tracking</td>\n<td>The parcel has a label and is about to leave</td>\n<td>First scan within 24&ndash;48 hours</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Carrier &#8220;In transit&#8221;</td>\n<td>The parcel is on its way</td>\n<td>3&ndash;7 business days (US); 6&ndash;12 (CA, AU, NZ)</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Carrier &#8220;Delivered&#8221;</td>\n<td>The carrier reports delivery</td>\n<td>&ndash;</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>Check your status any time on the <a href=\"/order-tracking/\">Order Tracking</a> page with your order number and email address.</p>\n<h2>Guide 5: When something is not right</h2>\n<h3>It does not fit</h3>\n<p>Ask for an exchange within 60 days of delivery. You post the original back at your cost once we approve it; we print the new size and ship it free. Most exchanges are approved the same business day.</p>\n<h3>It arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong</h3>\n<p>Email photos of the whole item, the problem, the size label and the packaging. We replace or refund it at no cost, and in most cases you keep or recycle the faulty item instead of sending it back.</p>\n<h3>You changed your mind</h3>\n<p>Return it within 60 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. You pay the return postage; there is no restocking fee. Once we receive and inspect it (within 2 business days), the refund is issued within 7 days.</p>\n<h3>The parcel has not arrived</h3>\n<p>If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but missing after two days, email us. We open a carrier trace and, if the parcel cannot be found within 5 business days, reship or refund it.</p>\n<p>The process for each case is in our <a href=\"/returns-exchanges-policy/\">Returns &amp; Exchanges Policy</a>, and the money side is in our <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a>.</p>\n<h2>Guide 6: Looking after your items</h2>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Care basics by product type</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Product</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Washing</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Drying</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Avoid</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Tees, hoodies, sweatshirts</td>\n<td>Cold, inside out, similar colours</td>\n<td>Low heat or hang dry</td>\n<td>Ironing on the print, bleach</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Hawaiian shirts</td>\n<td>Cold, gentle cycle</td>\n<td>Hang dry</td>\n<td>High heat</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Blankets and pillow covers</td>\n<td>Cold, gentle, alone the first time</td>\n<td>Low heat</td>\n<td>Fabric softener, bleach</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Mugs and tumblers</td>\n<td>Hand wash recommended</td>\n<td>Air dry</td>\n<td>Abrasive sponges; microwaving tumblers</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Metal signs and ornaments</td>\n<td>Wipe with a soft dry cloth</td>\n<td>&ndash;</td>\n<td>Abrasive cleaners</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>Product pages carry specific care notes, which take priority over this summary. Prints that fail within 60 days despite normal care are covered as defects.</p>\n<h2>Guide 7: Your account and your data</h2>\n<p>You can order as a guest or create an account to see past orders and save addresses. If you forget your password, use the &#8220;Lost your password?&#8221; link on the sign-in page; we will never ask for your password by email. To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, email us with the subject &#8220;Privacy request&#8221;; our <a href=\"/privacy-policy/\">Privacy Policy</a> explains what we keep and why.</p>\n<h2>Guide 8: Staying safe</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We only email from addresses ending in @nativehearttee.com.</li>\n<li>We never ask for your card number, password or verification codes.</li>\n<li>We sell only on nativehearttee.com and do not currently run social media accounts or marketplace stores. Anything elsewhere using our name is not us.</li>\n<li>If something looks suspicious, forward it to <a href=\"mailto:support@nativehearttee.com\">support@nativehearttee.com</a> without clicking its links.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Guide 9: Questions about our designs</h2>\n<p>Our artwork is Native-inspired nature art: wolves, eagles, bears, feathers, mountains and night skies. We do not claim our products are made by Native American artists or tribes, and we avoid tribal names, seals and sacred regalia. If you have a concern about a design, our <a href=\"/intellectual-property-policy/\">Intellectual Property Policy</a> explains how to raise it, and our <a href=\"/about-us/\">About Us</a> page tells you more about the shop.</p>\n<h2>Guide 10: Shopping for the holidays</h2>\n<p>The weeks from mid-November to late December are our busiest. Print partners receive many more orders, and carriers handle record volumes of parcels. A few habits make holiday gifting stress-free:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order early.</strong> As a guide, aim for early December for US addresses and mid-November for Canada, Australia and New Zealand. These are suggestions based on typical seasons, not guaranteed cut-off dates.</li>\n<li><strong>Check personalised text twice.</strong> Ornaments with a name or year are popular gifts, and a typo cannot be fixed once printed.</li>\n<li><strong>Order sizes carefully.</strong> An exchange in January is easy, but having the right size under the tree is better. Measure a garment the recipient already wears.</li>\n<li><strong>Use the recipient&#8217;s address directly.</strong> Sending straight to them saves a second trip to the post office.</li>\n<li><strong>Watch the top bar.</strong> If we know about production delays, we announce them in the bar at the top of the site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Returns and exchanges of holiday gifts follow the normal 60-day window from delivery, so a gift delivered in early December can still be exchanged well into February.</p>\n<h2>Guide 11: Ordering for a group or family event</h2>\n<p>Matching wolf or eagle tees for a reunion, a road trip to the national parks, or a memorial gathering are common group orders. To make them go smoothly:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Collect each person&#8217;s size, ideally by asking everyone to measure a tee they like, as described in the <a href=\"/size-guide/\">Size Guide</a>.</li>\n<li>Check that the design is available in every size and colour you need on its product page.</li>\n<li>Email us with the design, the list of sizes and the date of the event before ordering, so we can confirm timing with the print partner.</li>\n<li>Place the order early enough to allow production, transit and a possible exchange for anyone whose size turns out to be wrong.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Group orders are paid at checkout like any other order, and every item is covered by the same 60-day returns.</p>\n<h2>Guide 12: Writing to us effectively</h2>\n<p>We answer within 1 business day, and most questions are solved in one reply when the first email includes the order number, what you would like us to do, and photos if anything is damaged or wrong. Putting the topic in the subject line helps too: CANCEL, CHANGE, Exchange request, Damaged item, Where is my order. Reply in the same thread when we answer, so the history stays together. If you are unhappy with an outcome, reply with &#8220;Review&#8221; in the subject and a different team member will look at it again.</p>\n<h2>Guide 13: If you live outside the United States</h2>\n<p>Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand pay in US dollars; your bank converts the amount and may add a foreign transaction fee. Parcels cross a border, so import tax or duties may be charged by your customs service and are paid by the recipient. Transit takes 6&ndash;12 business days, and tracking often pauses while the parcel is handed from a US carrier to your national postal service. For returns, mark the parcel as returned goods. Everything else, including free shipping and 60-day returns, works exactly the same as for US customers.</p>\n<h2>Our key numbers in one place</h2>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Native Heart Tee policy numbers</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Topic</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Number</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Shipping cost to US, CA, AU, NZ</td>\n<td>Free, no minimum</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Production</td>\n<td>2&ndash;5 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Transit</td>\n<td>3&ndash;7 business days (US); 6&ndash;12 (CA, AU, NZ)</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Change or cancel window</td>\n<td>24 hours, before printing</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Returns and exchanges</td>\n<td>60 days from delivery</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Refund issued</td>\n<td>Within 7 days of approval</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Ship returns back within</td>\n<td>14 days of approval</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Support reply</td>\n<td>Within 1 business day</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<h2>Still need help?</h2>\n<p>Use our <a href=\"/submit-ticket/\">Submit a Ticket</a> page to open an email with the right subject already filled in, browse the <a href=\"/faqs/\">FAQs</a>, or visit <a href=\"/contact-us/\">Contact Us</a>.
